Breaking Barriers and Paving New Paths
Aubrey International recognises the barriers faced by people reintegrating into society and the workforce after criminal justice involvement, long employment gaps or complex personal histories.
Understanding Unique Challenges
The First Step Program is designed to provide practical support to people who need help presenting their strengths, organising documents and identifying realistic next steps.
Focusing on Strengths, Not the Past
The programme focuses on skills, reliability, experience and future potential rather than reducing a person to their past. Support may include CV preparation, job search organisation, correspondence and practical confidence-building.
Discounted Support and Personalised Assistance
Where capacity permits, Aubrey International may offer discounted or structured support for CV development, job hunting, applications and personal administration. Participation is not dependent on seeking work with Aubrey International.
Commitment to Positive Change
The First Step Program reflects a belief that practical support can help people break cycles, stabilise family life and re-enter meaningful work.
