Pro Bono & Community Outreach

Making room to help.

Practical mentoring, selected pro bono support, charitable giving and community involvement as a deliberate part of how Aubrey International works.

Why it matters

Not every useful conversation needs an invoice attached to it.

We believe a commercial business can still make deliberate space to share experience, support worthwhile causes and help people avoid mistakes that are easier to see from the outside.

Mentoring

Free, practical mentoring

One-to-one mentoring for people who would benefit from experienced commercial perspective, particularly where paid mentoring or consultancy is not presently realistic.

  • No mentoring fee.
  • No obligation to become a client.
  • No course, membership or sales funnel.

Professional support

Pro bono & reduced-fee work

We may occasionally undertake professional work without charge or at a substantially reduced fee where the circumstances justify it. This is separate from mentoring and is considered case by case.

Giving

Charitable support

We support selected causes through independent corporate giving and other initiatives where we can make a useful contribution.

Community

Time, experience & involvement

Community contribution is not limited to money. It can include volunteering, practical help, sharing professional experience and supporting people or projects that may otherwise go without it.

Accountability

We intend to measure what we contribute.

Internally, we will keep a record of our pro bono and community activity so that we can make informed decisions about future commitments and, where useful, report on impact without turning people into statistics.

What we may record

  • Hours contributed.
  • People and organizations supported.
  • Working time devoted to pro bono activity.
  • Estimated commercial value of donated time.
  • Reduced-fee work, charitable contributions and volunteering.

What we may report

As the program develops, we intend to publish periodic Pro Bono & Community Impact updates, using appropriate anonymized information and sensible methodology.

The aim is transparency and accountability, not turning community work into a marketing exercise.

Capacity matters

We would rather help properly than collect numbers.

All pro bono and community activity is subject to capacity. Programs may be limited, waitlisted or temporarily closed where demand exceeds the time available to support people meaningfully.
