Team and consultant model

A flexible team for complex, sensitive work.

Aubrey International combines senior strategic oversight with practical support staff, legal executives, administrative specialists, consultants and professional contacts across multiple jurisdictions. The structure is designed to match the right level of support to the matter, without pretending that every issue needs the same type of professional input.

How the team works

Senior oversight, practical support and specialist input.

Aubrey International is deliberately structured as a flexible support practice. Some matters need careful administration and correspondence; others need document review, drafting, employment or family support; and some need regulated legal input from authorised professionals.

Secretarial and administrative support

Organisation, records and follow-through

Secretarial and administrative support helps keep matters moving: document collation, chronology support, correspondence tracking, appointment handling, filing preparation and practical client communication.

Legal executives and paralegal support

Document-led assistance

Experienced legal support staff may assist with reviewing papers, preparing summaries, drafting first-stage correspondence, building bundles, identifying missing information and supporting clients through procedural steps.

Consultants and regulated professionals

Appropriate input where required

Where work requires reserved legal services, regulated legal advice, rights of audience, supervision or jurisdiction-specific representation, Aubrey International can involve authorised consultant professionals, including SRA-regulated consultants where suitable. Any such work is handled within the relevant professional framework and subject to suitability, availability and jurisdiction.

Cross-jurisdictional contacts

Support beyond one location

The practice can draw on contacts and consultants across multiple jurisdictions where a matter has a UK, US or wider international element, always subject to suitability, availability and proper professional boundaries.

Client care

From vulnerable clients to major businesses

The team model is intended to work for very different clients: individuals in urgent difficulty, families dealing with sensitive issues, owner-managed businesses, established names, high-net-worth clients and cross-border matters.

Flexible work ethos

Built for experienced people

The original ethos was to create serious professional work for experienced women, carers and capable specialists who may not fit traditional office-led career structures, while still delivering careful, responsive support to clients.

Quality control

Clear leadership on every matter

The Managing Partner remains responsible for matter direction, prioritisation and quality control. Work is allocated according to complexity, urgency and the level of judgement required.

Professional boundaries

No overstatement of role or status

Aubrey International is a consultancy and support practice with a clear distinction between consultancy support, administrative support, legal support work and regulated professional input. Where formal regulated advice, supervision, rights of audience or jurisdiction-specific representation is required, the route is explained and the matter is handled within the appropriate professional framework.
